Variations of dengue shock syndrome cases and their management: report of three cases

Background: Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) occurs due to plasma leakage increased vascular permeability, which is also supported by an active complement system, makes DHF fall into complications such as shock or dengue syndrome (DSS). The comprehensive management of DSS could prevent morbidity and mortality in patients. We aimed report three variations cases their management. Case presentation: Three from our hospital. Two case reports with clinical patients one acute liver failure. first was a 24 years olds male patient classic signs plus spontaneous bleeding the form nosebleeds accompanied hemodynamic disturbances. Laboratory examination revealed severe thrombocytopenia. In second case, complains heartburn nausea tea-like urine. abdominal pain typical disorders, nausea, vomiting anorexia, hepatomegaly without jaundice are disorders. third syndrome, suspicion ascites. main treatment administration isotonic crystalloid fluids according body weight. While failure, NAC can be given. Conclusion: found some complications. It important know right immediately so that do not occur.
